What we collect
When you contact us through this website, by email or by telephone, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, telephone number, email address, property location and the details of your enquiry. We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare estimates and proposals, to carry out work you engage us for, and to contact you about that work. If you have given us permission to email you, we may also send occasional information about seasonal services such as autumn inspections and spring commissioning.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work — for example with the Lake George Park Commission, the Adirondack Park Agency, NYS DEC or your town when filing a permit application on your behalf, or with a subcontractor engaged on your project. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain project records, drawings and permit correspondence for as long as they may be relevant to the structure — waterfront structures have long lives and historical records matter. Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Unsubscribing
You may ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying to any message or writing to morgan@lakegeorgedocks.com. We will action the request promptly.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected and why.
